All Sales Are Final

Because our courses, lessons, and downloadable materials are digital products that provide immediate access upon purchase, all sales are considered final at the time of transaction. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

Technical Issues & Access Errors

If you encounter an error, broken link, or technical issue accessing a course, lesson, or digital download you have purchased, please contact us immediately at hello@designandbloom.com. We take access issues seriously and will work with you to resolve the problem promptly, including re-sending materials or restoring access where the fault is on our end.

Course Discontinuation

In the unlikely event that we discontinue a course or our platform entirely, we will provide reasonable advance notice to enrolled students and make every reasonable effort to ensure you retain access to the materials you have purchased, or to provide an equivalent alternative.

Questions Before You Buy

If you are unsure whether a course is right for you, please reach out before purchasing rather than after. We would much rather answer your questions up front than have you feel uncertain about an enrolment.
